I was born in Casablanca, Le Petit Paris of Morocco. At the age of sixteen I emigrated to Israel. I served in the Israeli infantry for three years, studied and graduated from a culinary college in Haifa and worked for six years with Zim Cruise liner. During a trip to France I was lucky enough to meet my partner in life, Madeleine. After the birth of our son, we moved to Paris. We owned and operated very successful restaurants and in 1982 we decided to sell everything and move to the sunny and beautiful  Los Angeles, California!

Once in Los Angeles, we invested and created Restaurants and clubs, The El Rey (Wall Street at that time) and the world famous Spice in Hollywood, just to name a few. We entertained several celebrities like Janet and Jermaine Jackson, Joe Pesci, Eddy Murphy, Prince, Billy Idol, Guns N'Roses , Stevie Wonder, And many more.

During this time, Madeline and I studied and became Realtors.  That was in 1984.

Today, we represent clients in buying and selling of properties and also we acquired some for ourselves. We love to buy restore and give a new life to vintage homes.  We also build, from the foundation and up, new homes for us and for clients. We entertain partnerships in new ventures as well.

As a Realtor, Certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, Member Era Distinctive Properties, knowledge in Probate sales, REO negotiation and Loans scenario; I can provide buyers and sellers the most if not all expectations in their goals -  in California, France or Israel.  Additionally, my team and I speak several languages.

I love what I do in Real Estate exclusively for the past 10 years. Real Estate is my passion in addition to traveling around the world.
